- On your Home screen, tap and hold on the Spark icon until you see a list of options.
- Find the option that says Uninstall or Remove and tap it.
- Uninstall the app completely from your device. (You will not lose progress.)
- Go to the Apple Store or the Google Play Store and reinstall Elevate.
- Open Spark and tap the Sign In button. Signing in with your existing account will restore your purchase and progress.
