Spark purchases can be made via Apple or Google. Refunds are dependent on the policies of each purchase platform. Typically, refunds can be processed if requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Apple Purchases
To request a refund, please contact Apple using the steps below. Apple will typically refund purchases made within the last 60 days. However, because Apple maintains full control over all transactions on the App Store, only they can provide you with a refund. We don't have access to your credit card or your Apple account.
Please sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. Then follow the steps below:
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Select the reason why you want a refund, then click Next
- Select the Spark subscription, then choose Submit.

Google Purchases
We can submit refund requests to the Google Play Store on your behalf if the purchase was made within the last 30 days. Please contact us with your Spark account email or a Google Play Order ID that starts with "GPA." You can find that using this link.
If your Google refund is not processed within 7-10 business days, please contact Google Support directly for further assistance. To speak to Google Customer Care, please call 1-855-466-4438.
