How do I cancel my subscription?

Spark subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.

Please follow the steps below based on where you purchased your subscription.

Apple

1. Open the Settings app

2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

3. Tap Subscriptions

4. Select Spark

5. Tap Cancel Subscription (in red)

Google Play

You can follow Google’s instructions here, or use the steps below:

1. Open the Play Store app

2. Tap your profile icon (top right)

3. Tap Payments & subscriptions

4. Tap Subscriptions

5. Select Spark

6. Tap Cancel subscription
